1. What photography and videography services do you offer?
We specialise in wedding photojournalism, family portraits, and company event coverage. We also offer videography so you can relive your special moments in motion.2. Where are you based, and do you travel for assignments?
We are based in Finland but happily travel across Europe and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.3. Do you photograph both small and large events?
Yes, we cover everything from intimate gatherings to full-scale celebrations and corporate events.4. Do you offer both photojournalistic and posed photography styles?
Absolutely. We love capturing candid, storytelling moments but can also guide you through classic, posed portraits.5. Do you also provide videography along with photography?
At the moment, we offer one videography package with a fixed price.However, since we’re still in the early stages of our team, we can currently provide either photography or videography for each booking — not both at the same time just yet.
6. Can we request specific shots or styles?
You’re always welcome to share your inspirations, but we follow our own signature style — honest, emotional, and documentary.

1. How far in advance should we book our wedding photography?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for popular wedding seasons.However we will keep you informed of our availability publicly on our website Calendar.
2. Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding sessions?
We don’t offer separate pre-wedding sessions. Instead, we provide pre-ceremony portraits on the wedding day itself.This way, you still get beautiful couple portraits in a relaxed setting, without needing to book an additional session. It’s a practical way to save money while still having timeless images of just the two of you — similar in spirit to pre-wedding photos, but captured naturally on your wedding day.
3. Can we customise our wedding package?
Definitely. We tailor our packages to suit your needs and preferences.4. How many hours of coverage do you provide on the wedding day?
Coverage usually ranges from 2 to 12 hours, depending on the package you choose.5. Do you cover multiple locations on the same day?
Yes, as long as travel time between locations is manageable.6. How many photos will we receive, and how are they delivered?
On average, you will receive 120-400 carefully edited photos, delivered via a private online gallery.7. Do you provide wedding albums or printed photos?
Yes, we offer handcrafted albums and high-quality prints as optional add-ons.8. Do you also capture candid, behind-the-scenes moments?
Yes! Our photojournalistic approach ensures that your moments are beautifully preserved. -
1. Do you offer at-home or outdoor family sessions?
Yes, we do both. The choice is yours depending on what feels most comfortable.2. How long does a typical family session last?
Usually 2-4 hours, giving plenty of time for both posed and candid shots.3. Can we include pets in our family photos?
Absolutely—pets are part of the family!4. What should we wear for our family or portrait session?
We recommend coordinated but not identical outfits in neutral or soft tones.5. How many edited images will we receive?
You’ll typically receive 30-50 beautifully edited images.6. Do you offer seasonal mini-sessions (e.g., Christmas, autumn, spring)?

Yes, we offer a selection of premium print products.8. Can grandparents and extended family join the session?

1. How do we book your services?
Simply reach out via our contact form or email. Once we confirm availability, we’ll guide you through the booking process.2. Do you require a deposit to secure the date?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer 30% is required to secure your date.3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and most major online payment options.4. When is the final balance due?
The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days before the wedding.5. Can we make changes to our package after booking?
Yes, changes are possible, but please inform us at least 30 days before the event day.If you need to reschedule the event date itself, please inform us at the latest 2 months before the event date.
6. Do you offer instalment or staged payments?
Yes. Our standard payment plan is 30% at the time of booking (to secure your date) and the remaining 70% due [30 days] before the event. -
1. Do you charge extra for travel?
Local travel is included, but additional fees may apply for long-distance or international events.We always keep travel costs fair and simple. Prices are based on actual return tickets at the time of booking.
Most travel fees only cover return train or flights. For weddings that finish late or take place in remote locations, an overnight stay may be required — this will be discussed and agreed together.
2. Are you available for destination weddings/events?
Yes! We love travelling for destination weddings and events worldwide.3. Do you scout locations before the event?
Yes, whenever possible, we visit venues in advance to plan the best shots.4. Can you recommend venues or outdoor spots for sessions?
Yes, we’re happy to suggest beautiful, photogenic locations. -
1. How long does it take to receive our photos and videos?
Raw delivery: All raw images are shared securely within 1 week of the wedding. This ensures transparency and gives couples immediate peace of mind that every moment has been captured.
Selection period: Clients have 1 week to choose their favourite images (for albums, social sharing, and priority editing).
Editing period: Once the favourites are confirmed, La Pie begins post-production. The 4-6 weeks turnaround for the full edited gallery starts from this selection date.
Final delivery: Clients receive a carefully curated, fully edited gallery within 4-6 weeks of their selections, ensuring consistency in colour grading, storytelling, and artistic quality.
2. Will we get a sneak peek before the full gallery?
Yes, we usually send you all original photos within 1 week after the wedding day.3. How are photos and videos delivered?
Through a private online gallery, with options for USB drives or albums.4. Can we share our gallery link with family and friends?
Of course—the gallery is yours to share.5. Do you watermark the delivered photos?
No, your final delivered images are free from watermarks. -
1. Can we add extra hours of coverage?
Yes, additional hours can be added to your package.2. Do you provide drone photography/videography?
Yes, subject to location permissions and weather conditions.3. Can we order additional photo albums or prints later?
Absolutely, you can order albums and prints even after the event.4. Do you offer packages that combine photography and videography?
At the moment, we are alble to offer only one service at a time. You might want to reserve either only photography section or only videography section.
